It's me. Your local terrible hexcaster.
Now, I've already made a small rambling video wherein i explained how my amethyst farm works in a bit of a convoluted and nonsensical way, which I then posted to the discord server. Since then, I've added like one more thing, and I feel like I should probably do a more proper explanation.
Again, this thing doesn't break any new ground, I just kinda made it and wanted to show it off.
Without further adieu, amethyst farm.
So, how does it work?
Lets start at the beginning
The whole thing kicks in with a storage vessel, an "acceleration" slate, and a muffling slate. All pretty self explanatory I'd say, though I will clarify - the acceleration plate is used to slow down the farm. I know archer's distillation uses a negligible amount of media, but I wasn't certain the farm would still produce enough to keep up(I mean, amethyst grows a little slow, no? I get that you get minimum 5 media out of each cluster but, yknow, just in case.)
Next in the process, we read our main automation hex, located in the little thing diagonally displaced to the impetus so that getting to its position is simple, and as seen above, whatever is read, gets stored into the ravenmind, for conveniences sake.
The rest of the spell circle's usual path follows three simple steps:
1. gets the displacement value of a focus
2. gets the ravenmind
3. casts

Bookkeeper's Gambit: vNow I don't know if it is unconventional to do it this way, but I'm gonna explain the hex here instead of with comments in the code itself. Because that's how I work.
The first bit (up until Chroniclers prfn.) simply gets the position at which the hex will be executed. This is where the displacement from before(and that tower of focal frames) comes into play. Each start of an amethyst "rod" is stored within one of the foci in the tower, and the displacement from before dictates how high up the tower one is. Pretty simple.
Next, we consider a list with our raycast and logical condition whether we should break block, or not. This list will be thoth'd later.
Then, we create another list of patterns using intro/retro, which will create correct displacements for our raycast(about 6 pixels away from the side of the origin block). Afterwards, using vacant reflection and integration distillation, we bruteforce in which directions those displacements go, in this case, the Y and X axis.
By thothing this, we get our list of displacements, and by thothing again, we cast our raycast-break over those four displacements, leaving the stack with our original position, and an empty list leftover from thoths. Bookeepering that empty list away, we get all the items break block created via the zone distil, and then lay item into the storage vessel via thoths(jester's gambit is there just to correct the order). The final bookeepers cleans up the leftover empty list and leaves a nice, orderly stack.

Now, you may be wondering, "Whats the purpose of that upper part? The one with redstone? And what are those slates sticking out of what should be a nice orderly shape for the farm?" Well, I'm glad you asked, hypothetical person who is definitely real and not a strawman i have made to justify me talking further!
This is our item retrieving system.
Top to bottom:
1. Lever which turns it on
2. Abacus, dictating how many items are retrieved
3. Item frame containing which item we wish to retrieve(in this case, a charged amethyst)
The slates aren't important, they do the exact same thing we do at the start to get our automation hex, except we do it to the right of our impetus to get our retrieving hex, and we don't store it into the ravenmind. The major change, is that we cast reawaken item, which, I'm sure you know, functions essentially like a thoths over every unique item within the storage vessels, except it doesnt leave an empty accumulator on our stack afterwards.

I know, a ton of text for something so simple and, frankly, not terribly well made.
But, it was one of the first times I properly used spell circles for something more complicated, and i wanted to show it off.
