We're Back Again

I have better instructions for what to do in case of borken, and after I finish writing this I'm going to write up a systemctl service thingy to do it automatically. Possibly expect spotty service in the next hour-odd as I mess with it.

Also in the interest of transparency, I have turned on anonymous statistics and viglink for this forum.

• Anonymous statistics sends ... anonymous statistics ... about the forum to phpBB, all of which are public. I think analytics are really helpful for people making big projects! So I've turned it on.
• Viglink is a link monetization thingy for the phpBB maintainers; if you happen to click off this forum to an online marketplace, there's a chance they send phpBB a small amount of money. phpBB swears that it should be completely transparent and unobtrusive, and I doubt anyone is going to be going to Amazon from this forum anyways.

Ninja edit: Also I think I've fixed phpBB logging you out all the time? Maybe. It logged me out while I was trying to write this. The "security settings" are not very intuitive.
