Acts just like Zone Dstl.: Living but excludes yourself from the list. It works by just adding yourself to the initial list regardless of if you are already in said list, then the hex creates a list containing only your iota and then preforms bitwise xor on the 2 lists to return a list containing all living entities excluding yourself.
