Scout's Exaltation

A version of Scout's Distillation that uses sentinel walking for extended, configurable range. Leaves the sentinel near the target entity, or at the furthest step if no entity is found.

Parameters: position, direction, approximate maximum range
Meta-eval usage: ceil(range / 15.5), or less if it hits a target closer than the final step
