I know, a real forum in the year of our lord nearly 2023?
I'm making a forum for a few reasons. There's nostalgia, of course ... but more to the point, it's a statement against Discord.
Discord is garbage for forums. Discord is also garbage for chat, and even if the app wasn't terrible it's still bad due to it's nature as an infinitely pervasive silo. Just read this Cohost post, it says it much better than I can.
So yes. Welcome to the forums.
