Simple Slipway Harvester Wisp

Harvester Wisp for slipways! Requires you to be enlightened, have Hexal installed, and the greater spell consume wisp for obvious reasons. Not the most efficient, just goes off time and doesn't factor in things like individual wisp lifespan and delays for lower upkeep between harvests. Because Consume Wisp is a great spell and is random it just has placeholder text.
Instructions:
1. Build a cage of solid blocks around the slipway so that the wild wisps are contained, with a 3x3 of air centered on it inside
2. On the top side of the cage, place a block on the center
3. Cast the hex while looking at that block
4. Break the block and connect to your wisp network!
